Do I need existing washer and dryer hookups?+
Yes. Your place needs standard hookups already in place: a water supply and drain, a 240V outlet for the dryer, and a dryer vent. We rent and install electric units only — we don't lease gas units. We connect to what's there and don't add new plumbing, wiring, or venting. Not sure what you have? Tell us when you get started and we'll help you figure it out.
Do you rent gas dryers?+
No — sorry, we don't lease any gas units. We rent and install electric washers and dryers only, which need a standard 240V outlet. If your space is set up for gas, we won't be able to install there.
When do you deliver and install?+
We run deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your order and hookups are confirmed, we'll schedule you for the next available delivery day. A one-time $45 covers delivery, professional installation, and setup, and we'll give you a specific window when we schedule.
Who fixes it if the washer or dryer breaks?+
We do — and it's included. If a machine has a problem, call us and we'll repair or replace it, usually within a day or two, at no extra charge. You're never stuck paying for repairs on a rental.
