Renting a washer & dryer from us is meant to be boring — in a good way. You pick a set, we bring it and hook it up, and we keep it running.

Pick your set
Tell us your space and whether you rent or own. We match you with a washer & dryer set that fits — standard or compact/stackable.

We deliver & install
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, hook it up to your existing water, power, and vent, and make sure it runs. A one-time $45 covers delivery, install, and setup — no truck rental, no wrestling it up the stairs.

We handle everything
Maintenance and repairs are included. If something breaks, we fix or replace it — usually within a day or two. After a 3-month minimum you're month-to-month, and there's no cancellation fee when you're done.

We connect to what's already in your home — we don't add new plumbing, wiring, or venting. Run through this quick checklist to self-qualify.
Water supply and drain
Hot and cold water valves plus a standpipe or drain for the washer.
Power for the dryer
A 240V outlet for the dryer. We rent electric units only — no gas.
A dryer vent
A vent to the outside so the dryer can exhaust properly.
Space and access
Enough room for the set and a clear path to get it in (doorways, stairs).
